From the Fantasy Adventure Online Card Battle Game...

The next Ani*Statue from Kotobukiya returns to the world of Rage of Bahamut, the fantasy adventure online card battle game from Cygames. Featuring unique designs and characters, the game has reached worldwide popularity and is perfect for inspiring statues. Up next after Dark Angel Olivia, Spinaria, and Little Queen Vania is Forte!

A detailed 3D representation of the popular character based on artwork from the online game, Forte replicates her appearance on her Legend card from the Demons Faction. The demonic girl stands ready to unleash destruction and take on any opponent in her ornate armor. Forte is posed with her feet spread wide for balance as she holds her massive lances out to either side. Her matching short black dress and armor are decorated with intricate gold designs, and the tatters of a red cloak swirl around her. Forte’s Skyrend Spears contrast beautifully, one black and the other white, both with gold details. The warrior woman’s unearthly origins are apparent in her large red eyes and the twin demon horns rising from her head while her long hair whips about behind her.

Forte stands over 9 ½ inches tall (1/8 scale) on a stylish display base. This demon warrior will be available July 2016 priced at $139.99.

  Pricing Corrected. New Photos Added....

Mattel updates fans about their new ThunderCats subscription, Club Third Earth. Mattel discovered there was an error in the intended pricing, and they’ve corrected it now. If you go to Thundercats Subscription Options, you’ll see that the prices have been updated to $25 per figure in the sub, plus a $25 membership fee, for a total price of $125 (excluding tax, shipping, and handling). Additionally, the ThunderCats figures will be $30, not $35, during All Access.

For everyone who’s already purchased a sub at the higher membership price, you’ll get a $5 refund soon. (The incorrect $30 membership fee less the $5 refund = $25, the correct membership fee.) Mattel is also updating their systems to make sure that, come September, you’ll be charged the correct price for the individual figures.

The Club figures planned are as follows (all names and release dates are subject to change):

• Lion–O (09/16)
• Jackalman (10/16)
• Pumyra (11/16)
• Panthro (12/16)
• Club-exclusive: Mumm–Ra (11/16)

The enrollment period ends on Friday 2/26/16 at 11:59 p.m. PT. There will be no extensions so sign up now at mattycollector.com.

“By the Powers of Darkness, Evil and Fear!”...

Ready to face He-Man in Sideshow's new statue collection inspired by the popular 80’s cartoon series Masters of the Universe, Sideshow is proud to present the Overlord of Evil himself – Skeletor. Wielding his enchanted Havoc Staff to command an invisible horde of henchmen and minions, Sideshow’s artists have brought the sinister villain to life with ornately sculpted battle armor and a removable cape.

For an extra dose of pure unadulterated nostalgia, collectors who order the Sideshow Exclusive edition can choose to display the devious evildoer with a swap-out yellow skull headsculpt, a tribute to his classic animated appearance (shown above right). Suitably depicted with his mouth wide open, you can almost hear the barrage of insults spew forth, or that unforgettable piercing cry.

Both the regular and Exclusive editions of the Skeletor Statue will be priced at $449.99, with optional payment plans available. Pre-orders begin this Thursday, January 28th.
