Funko Taps Classic Sci-Fi Film...

Funko has revealed a new wave of Pop vinyl figures based on the 1996 sci-fi movie Independence Day. This three figure wave is due out in February and includes Will Smith's character Steve Hiller, Jeff Goldblum as David Levinson and a tentacled Alien threat. Not pictured is a chase figure of the Alien, perhaps in a different color? Opened head revealing the pilot?

Kotobukiya presents their newest ARTFX+ statues based on the epic superhero showdown, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Combine the two ARTFX+ statues together at the base to replicate the epic battle everyone has been waiting for! The ARTFX+ Batman and Superman are sold separately so that they can also be displayed by themselves. As the Man of Steel swings his punches at Batman, Gotham's vigilante guards himself with one arm, with his fist pulled back ready to strike at Superman. The 1/10 scale ARTFX+ Batman V Superman statues include all the intricate details at an easier to collect size.

Hot Toys’ highly detailed 1/6th scale collectible figure of Rey featuring the likeness of the talented Daisy Ridley has received great feedback since its official introduction.

Today Hot Toys announces that they are working on updates foe this figure. The desert gear head wrap with goggles can now be freely put onto Rey’s headsculpt to provide an additional look for our beloved scavenger or have the head wrap cover the whole face to reenact the opening scene of the movie.

As an Xbox One owner, nothing frustrates me more than a cool-looking game I can't play. Exclusive to the PlayStation 4, Bloodborne is one such title that makes me long for game equality; a truce on the battlefield of the console wars. As a character called the "Hunter," players search the city streets of Yharnam for the cause of a mysterious outbreak. Not your typical plague, this blood-borne disease (ah ha!) turns people into terrifying beasts. While I hear the game is brutally challenging (after all, it's from the creators of the Dark Souls series), the gothic art direction is simply amazing, oozing with this twisted Van Helsing meets Resident Evil vibe.

Featuring The New Look of the Kaiju-Crushing Hero...

While Japan eagerly awaits the rebirth of the King of Monsters in Godzilla Resurgence, another pop culture phenomenon - Ultraman - has been given a rad modern makeover. Capturing the new look of the kaiju-crushing hero comes this faithful 1:6th scale PVC statue from Gecco. Shinjiro Hayata's iconic suit features light-up eyes and color timer on the chest, along with arms that are interchangeable with the Spacium Blade. The Ultraman head is also interchangeable with the Shinjiro head, and the statue can be displayed unmasked, holding the mask in his left hand, which creates a totally different display look.

The epic showdown between Batman and Superman will finally come to the silver screen this March in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice . In addition to movie-accurate 1:6th scale action figures, Hot Toys will bring to fans collectible Cosbabies of Armored Batman and Superman. Armored Batman stands approximately 3.7 inches tall (9.5cm) while the flying Superman stands approximately 4.9" (12.5cm). Each Cosbaby has rotating head and this collectible set will also exclusively include a miniature Bat-Signal!
